Terms of Service

Last updated: [DATE]

Acceptance

By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What this site is

This website provides information about nimbhl, an industrial design studio, and lets you enquire about a project, press, or partnership. Submitting the contact form does not itself create a contract, engagement, or obligation on either side — it simply starts a conversation.

Discovery and project engagements

Any paid discovery engagement, design work, or manufacturing support is governed by its own separate agreement or statement of work, agreed in writing before any paid work begins. These Terms of Service govern the website only, not the commercial terms of any project.

Intellectual property

The content, branding, and design of this website belong to nimbhl unless otherwise stated. Intellectual property arising from client project work is addressed separately in that project's own agreement, not by these terms.

No professional reliance

Content on this site (including anything about our methodology, process, or pricing approach) is general information, not a binding quote, guarantee, or professional advice for your specific situation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nimbhl is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded in your jurisdiction.

Governing law

[TODO: name the specific country/state where nimbhl is legally registered — e.g. "the laws of England and Wales" or your actual home jurisdiction.] While we work with clients across common-law jurisdictions worldwide (including the UK, US, Canada, Australia, Singapore, and Hong Kong), a single governing jurisdiction applies to these Terms for clarity and enforceability. Your own local consumer protection laws, where mandatory, are not overridden by this clause.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

Severability

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

Questions about these terms: [email protected].

This is a general-purpose draft written to be reasonable across common-law jurisdictions. It is not a substitute for advice from a qualified lawyer in your actual jurisdiction, particularly before this is relied on for real client contracts.
